Immune Deficiencies & Autoimmune Disorders

We provide specialty infusion pharmacy and support services for patients with primary immunodeficiency diseases (PIDD) and autoimmune disorders.

PIDD are a rare group of conditions in which the body’s weakened immune system doesn’t respond well enough to infection. This is due to the absence or malfunction of cells or proteins required by the immune system to function properly. Autoimmune conditions, on the other hand, happen when the body overreacts to infections. People can have both immune deficiencies and autoimmune conditions at the same time.

Our immunology program includes a full line of specialty medications used to treat immune deficiencies, including Immune Globulin (IG) which has become the standard treatment option in practices throughout the U.S.

  • Throughout every step of your treatment journey, we are committed to your success.

During the prescription intake process, your Dedicated Support Specialist reviews your treatment needs and gets you started on therapy quickly. From coordinating with your insurance provider to handling refills, we ensure you feel supported, informed, and empowered through every step.

  • BioMatrix has extensive experience with IG and related support services, including in-home nursing.

Our individualized care plans are carefully monitored for efficacy and patient adherence. As a national IG provider, BioMatrix has broad access to IVIG/SCIG products and inventory. From prescription intake through insurance authorization, medication delivery, and in-home nursing services, we work with you and your team to support your patients’ success.

Our extensive expertise in specialty infusion allows us to quickly obtain insurance authorization and provide personalized patient-level support. We also offer medication administration training and patient education while facilitating access to financial assistance and community outreach programs.
