Diane Schumacher

Diane leads the human resources team and develops strategy to meet the needs of the growing organization. With more than 30 years’ experience in human resources, Diane has held corporate, site, and multi-site human resources leadership positions with large multinational organizations such as Wendy’s International, Bank of America, and Teva Pharmaceuticals.

Diane holds an undergraduate English degree from Temple University, a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from Pennsylvania State University, a Master’s Degree in Employment Law from Nova Southeastern University and several professional HR certifications, including Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Strategic HR Business Partner (sHRBP), Registered Corporate Coach Certification, and she is also a Certified Trainer for Achieve Global Leadership.
