Kathee is an accomplished, entrepreneurial healthcare executive extensively experienced in specialty pharmacy and home infusion. Kathee has successfully designed and implemented growth strategies for several leading infusion, specialty, and mail order pharmacies. As President and Co-Founder of AxelaCare Health Solutions (now Optum Infusion), Kathee’s key areas of focus included operations, building national sales teams, nursing networks, and payer alliances to improve care and therapy access for patients with rare and chronic health conditions.

Prior to AxelaCare Health Solutions, Kathee served as CEO of Superior Biologics where she effectively modernized their financial and operating processes. Kathee was also co-founder of USBioservices where she oversaw physician and managed care outreach efforts in addition to manufacturer limited distribution sales and ops teams.
