Nick Karalis is a pharmacist with over 24 years of experience as a pharmacy owner/operator. As a founding principal and CEO of Elwyn Pharmacy Group, Nick’s leadership helped Elwyn grow to become a large multi-site pharmacy with locations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and West Virginia. Excelling at high-touch services for a wide range of therapeutic categories, Elwyn also established themselves as a trusted partner in the long-term care and 340B space. Elwyn Pharmacy Group joined the BioMatrix family of companies in 2017.

Nick was the Co-founder and President of the Board at Community Specialty Pharmacy Network (CSPN). He was also a Co-founder and President of Rx Stop, Inc. which operated four community pharmacies. He began his career at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

Nick graduated from University of the Sciences (formerly PCPS) in 1991. Industry memberships include: Cardinal Health's National Advisory Board and Leadership Counsel for the American Red Cross; founding Board Member of Hellenic Hearts, a non-profit and part of Leadership 100; and editorial board member of Specialty Pharmacy Times and the winner of the 2014 Smart/CEO Circle of Excellence award.
